Program Name: Lifeline Customer Assistance Program
About:
An $18/mo discount for low income customers who need help paying their electric bill. Customers who are residents of mobile home parks or apartments with master meters may participate with landlord’s permission.
Eligibility – residential customers of TEP with household incomes at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Hours: Customer Service available Monday – Friday 7am-6pm; call center can access interpreters for languages other than English or Spanish.
