Program Name: United Way Tucson and Southern Arizona
About:
Women’s United is a global movement of 75,000 diverse women leaders. Women’s United combines the financial power and collective talents of local philanthropic women leaders to address early childhood education in our community.
Women’s United understands the vital role early childhood education plays in fostering economic and workplace development. With 39% of Pima County children not reading at grade level by 3rd grade, early investment is more important than ever. The My Summer Library program, supported by 100+ dedicated volunteers, provides over 30,000 books to more than 2,500 children in Southern Arizona.
Join them and become a member by investing $1,000 or more in United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona. Members benefit from Women United membership recognition, complimentary ticket to the annual business leaders of early education breakfast, Women United members-only event invitations, networking and professional development opportunities.
